Two ways to detect a possible cardiac tamponade are muffled heart sounds and a diastolic number close to a systolic number (eg. 130 over 120). One thing to remember is that a person doesn't necessarily have to have an elevated bp to have cardiac tamponade. On behalf of my fellow paramedics, thank you for the great video!
