I feared I'd be cursed with headaches too, but oddly found the pills to work well with my body. Everything else caused me headaches, but fortunately not Phen. The increase in water will help with so many things, so you're already on the right path. I wish my hubby and I could have started out together on Phen too. He just went to the Dr. recently & the Dr. thought he didn't have enough weight to lose to get the med. :-(
