I just love this vid. The camera angles showing Gormley in the different positions and at different times of the tide and day is amazing. No other place on Earth ( I think) has such a display of statues on a beach, therefore it is unique.

Totally brilliant, go there all you people, you dont know what you're missing.

This is just one of my favourite places to go to fly my kite+gather my thoughts.Its called Waterloo+runs onto Crosby beach just outside Liverpool.

It's particulary dramatic going up there at sundown when the sky is stained gold+red.....the individual figures cast a ghostly prescence againsyt the sand....I adre it

Got told about these fascinating statues so looked on you-tube to see what it is all about.
