If you look closely you can clearly see the fuel meter moving pretty quick when he reaches (somewhere around 85mph)

Sort of - all two stroke saabs (and 95/96 v4's) had a freewheel in the transmission. You didn't have to use the clutch at all - exept for starting

You can also make clutchless downshifts, in upshift you have to wait for the engine to rew slower. pwrshift with clutch is always faster
