What I wore on my American Apparel interview OOTD

i work at a UO. you look very nice and would get hired on the spot. american apparel..idk..from what i've read they are selective with black female smh..my friend went in asking for an app dressed like yourself and they claimed she just didn't have "the look"..im still unsure what the look was

its important to wear some pieces from there. I wore an assymmetrical interlock creme dress with a blazer and leggins with some fly girl wedges and got hired on the spot! Even its one piece, its still good.

Did you get the job after one interview? I went on one and they haven't called back. I wore something very conservative but I added oxford heels.

I have a question for you....haha coincidental but i have an interview this week at american apparel because they recruited me while shopping, ha but could you give me like an overview of hourly pay/discount and I believe they pay you 150 to start off to get a few things to wear to work....wondering if that was the case for you? and also how soon does it apply to you. If you dont mind answring my questions that would be awesome haha! sry if this bothers you im just nervous & wantd an overview

@reggierocks18 I believe depending on the state the hourly rate is different, i'm getting $9prh and the discount is 50% I didn't start yet, because paperwork has to go through first which takes a week -_- so i don't know how much i would get for their clothes but Ill def let you know. interview is pretty simple and layedback also and of course they take your pic, no makeup or facial piercings!! anymore questions feel free to ask :)
