In England, you should be in the clan chat of the boss you wish to kill at 8 o'clock to get added, in 4 hours and 33 minutes. The event will then start 1 hour later, at 9 o'clock.

Be in the appropriate clan chat for 8pm gmt time to get added. The event will start 1 hour after this time. So I'd advise you to go and get your killcount at about 8:30pm gmt. You might want to leave a little bit earlier though if you are going to armadyl/sara as their killcounts take longer.
