after u completed p90x once in doubles doing it again will do nothing cause ur body has built resistence to the p90x training ur gonna have to do more intense workout to see results after u finished p90x
This workout is cake if you're slim framed and weigh 100 lbs soaking wet. Reps without weights are based upon body weight... and as such.. a lot of P90X becoems easier and easier the more weight you cut.
Hey back, no, I'm doing something entirely different. Essentially, it's Phase 3 of Classic repeated 3 times (15 weeks, 105 days). Except during the recovery weeks, I've cut out Kenpo X and replaced it with Cardio X / Core Synergistics / Intervals X (from P90X+). I also plan on phasing in other P90X+ routines slowly...
