@s3lfcontr0l Do not drain the chickpeas dry, so they are moist enough to stick together. Avoid the breadcrumbs and, if needed, drizzle in just a little olive oil!
In order to make this recipe Vegan is it possible to substitute the egg with Olive Oil by any chance? Or do you recommend something else for an egg substitute?
@contraryjerrystudios If you want to omit the eggs, take care not to drain the chickpeas dry, so they are moist enough to stick together. Avoid the breadcrumbs and, if needed, drizzle in just a little olive oil!
I love this new format! Going over the ingredients at the end is much easier for the viewer and by then you can see what you need to do with it all...love this love this love this.
@contraryjerrystudios exactly the recipe as is witht he eggs is vegetarian - i am from a hindustani vegetarian background eating eggs or milk produts is perfectly ok except european cheese which is not vegitarian as it uses cow stomach lining for the culture. anyway not importat i love hik peas and this looks so good.

@kdmatmtmd Sì, puoi usarlo al posto del pane o aggiungerlo al composto se risulta troppo umido
