This video ROCKS! I've been examining the way I approach my use of time and what I pay attention to after work, and it just so happened my bf mentioned Merlin while talking with me on Skype. He sent me this link, and I found myself riveted. While I do not work in an office setting anymore, as a creative person, the idea of identifying time and attention leaks is so important! Thank you, Merlin, for putting forth such awesome material!
This is Great Merlin! Thank You so much for sharing your love and light and wisdom with the world! I just came from teaching a class today in Sedona on Social Media and one of the biggest concerns regarding the use of Social Media was FEAR of how do you keep up, how to answer all the emails and why would I want to connect with all these people. WoW! Do I see a major opportunity for us to shift a paradigm of where we keep our focus.
Merlin!! You are an off-the-charts genius!! I so dig your style -- loooved the wacky video on your inboxzero site too. What a h00t!! Keep on sharing your amazing deep psychological insights of this massive problem... time/self management, email overwhelm, productivity, focus...

What do you use the (in ear audio) monitor for? Listening to the Giants game? (Your improv sans slides was highly commendable btw.)
