So the girls thought she was big/fat and tried to remove her of her fat. It's a metaphor for anorexic people, like the skin being removed would be like the starving process, but really in simple it's what an anorexic person's mind sees when they look at someone

In the beginning, we see that she looks "fat" but after that, scene where she ripped off her skin, it is revealed that she is stick thin, yet through her eyes she looks fat. no one in real life would "cut" off all their skin, but a is a metaphor for doing something you would regret, and in this case die.

The last half of this song sounds like the soundtrack to a panic attack. Harsh sounds slowly speeding up, building up. Until it gets to be so much that you just can't even think anymore -- every thought is interrupted by another thought, none of which are fully coherent. Very intense. You can see this when she looks in the mirror before going into the bathroom and whatnot. So, because she saw everyone being as impossibly skinny and herself as overweight she gave up and just ripped all of that "skin" she didn't like and it killed her. The message is, "Be happy with who you are and how you look, because it's the prime time of your life."
