  • I also never look into macronutrients anymore and my workouts have changed from the typical weight room mantra to more dynamic, creative and intense routines. It's more fun and less time consuming to do full body workouts using compound and superset combinations with little or no weight added. Oh and I can definitely see how tasty that would be; dates are so sweet now!

  • You know, I never knew you were vegan. I went vegan 10 months ago, lost about 15 pounds, everyone started thinking I was crazy and that it had to be unhealthy. I figured out I obviously wasn't eating enough. So I changed that, put weight back on and gained the strength back all while feeling way healthier. Our diet has continued to evolve from only organic and no by-products, to now trying to incorporate more raw options while cutting out oils. Things are only continuing to get better.

  • @gatorbait87 Crazy! I went plant based in November. So 5 months now. Everything has been better for me on all fronts. I have an *all star* interview with a vegan expert coming soon and it will be awesome. We will have to compare some notes and experiences here sometime soon. I'm sure others would find it helpful as well.
