Just because a woman does the proposing doesn't mean she is tired of waiting for him or that she is desperate. Stereotypical way of looking at it is all woman want marriage and all men don't like commitment. We know it isn't as cut and dry as that. Anyone man or woman should propose when it is right and thought out. When someone make the effort to do it creatively or right time the other should understand that is because YOU mean that much to them.
