well, technically, we do have a space station where ASTRONAUTS can live in for a couple of months and learn about space and do repair satellites, etc. however, we do not have a huge space station like the one zenon lives in and normal people like you and i can spend our life in space. unlike in this movie, space puts a lot of strain on the human body.
