You're all going to hate me/berate me/downrate me for saying, but her voice isn't as amazing as it could potentially be.

She clearly doesn't have vocal training, and she's not projecting her voice very well. It's not powerful at all, and some of you might be reading this and going "well it's a quiet song! She can't sing strongly!", I say that you can have a powerful voice and bring it down in levels rather than just being quiet.

Please get vocal training, so we can see your true potential.
