Using iDeneb_v1.6_1058_Lite_Edition with this configuration, never boots the virtual image. Just says Loading Darwin..., but again goes back to menu of "press any key to boot cd". Maybe is because Win 7 x64?
AMD-V is not enable in config, check on Vbox -> config -> system -> acceleration -> AMD-V
Some systems need s to enable it on BIOS. And check if your processor supports AMD-V - INTEL VT with a tool like SIW (google it). On SIW -> Hardware -> CPU Info check if Virtual Technology is supported. Hope it helps

Try boot with -v option to see where it freezes. AMD INTEL Virtual NEED to be enabled.

No, you need to know your hardware (chipset, audio, video, network, etc) to install on a PC.
