tosko - The sketch is a parody of an English Children's Programme called 'Blue Peter' - which I used to love, by the way ! Anyway, this show always used to have a dog (because kids love animals), but the dog isn't really significant - it's just supposed to help to mimic the show really ! It was a children's programme anyway and they were going to explain how to split the atom - hahahahaha !
