  • it's a very simple process of the body that many people don't understand. stop stuffing your body with high fructose corn syrup, carbs, and the wrong kinds of fat ( for the people that don't know yes there is good fat ) and basically a simple circuit workout geared more towards strength training is a fat killer. it happens in the process of muscle growth- more muscle mean they need more fuel for energy for the workouts that your NOT going to slack off on cuz u want to be skinny k thnx bai

  • This is very true, the older you get, the more muscle mass you lose. Muscle mass requires calories to burn, a more muscular person will burn more calories. This is why older people tend to be fatter than younger people and gain weight more easily. I had a friend who was fat but started weight training and lost all of his excess body fat in a few years.
