If you want to, your radio rx ant. can be inside the hull, you really don't need it out of the water, unless your using it to see where its at. very cool! This was a great idea on how to build a sub, the rx signal will pick up underwater no problem, unless your in a salt water lake.
very amazing. For just 140 euros this is an amazing project. I would be interested in also seeing how the feed from the camera looks. My question about how long does the battery last and what is the range of the controller?
There is more info about subs anatomy in description but here is also some items and materials I needed in my project: -1,5l plastic bottle and big screwed cork for the front hatch (hull) -7,2V electric motor and speedcontroller for it -rudder (I made it from piece of ruler) and servo to control it -7,2V waterpump -0,5l plastic bottle (water tank) -flexible plastic tube to connect pump and watertank -snorcle (look description) 7,2V battery receiver some weights to balance the sub

Very nice. Could you help fellow builders a bit on their way by telling us where you started and what materials you used.

Nice. Any close up pics or video of the sub out of the water. I'm interested in seeing the internal components. BTW, what does E.S. stand for?
