you cant cite me as a witness a si dont know if the audio and the visuals where from the same event ,there was also alot of editing ,therefore even if you could say im a witness to these events then i would be unrelieable as i was only privy to the parts deemed to be seen by the editor of the footage recorded on the day,which i was no party to ,so im not a witness just by watching a you tube vid....good one though i dont doubt the info

i have been trying to get somebody to look at how crooked these court hearingfs are for years, liability orders are being given out like sweets in these courts, its high time local council workers were kicked out of their cushy little jobs, they are being grossly overpaid and underworked, and seam to treat magistrates as fools(which is often true) and tax-payers as criminals!
1. You (the flesh and blood) is NOT the same as the fictitious "person" the government has created .
2. They try to get jurisdiction by equating you (flesh and blood) and the person which they have created with your name. That can be done only if you respond hen they call the fictitious person.
The only question is, what would the lay advisor do if the security guards or the police officers listened to the "magistrate" and arrested the lay advisor (or forced everyone out)???
@cjellwood Request for a written order to leave the courts from the magistrates would mean that they would have to recognise themselves as magistrates! Thats why they wouldnt offer their oath because then there would have to have been a hearing. As they did not identify their lawful right to be magistrates they had no jurisdiction. Hope that explains it for you1

Your are in fact the trustor - source- grantor of thee record of birth with the foot prints on it..the state took that as value , created a trust without telling you...I fyou realize this and express this trust,,nominate yourself trustee accept the appointment as trustee for the legal fiction, you can now discharge the case and bill throught the legal fiction..pursuant to the bankrupcy laws of a nation...that is why all courts, businesses, states etc are coporations... they are bankrupt
