haha no its all through the BIOS. It is on your motherboard. Although i dont think your i3 2100 is overclockable, i think its a locked processor :( But if you wanna learn more just search it up in google, its a gigantic guessing game and a lot of frustrating trial and error

@kirkmetalone If Crysis 2 is similar to the first crysis in hardware requirements, you will be able to run crysis 2 on max settings (including 4X AA and 1920 X 1080 res) at about 20-25 fps. It's playable, but you would probably want to drop down to high settings and play it with a higher fps.

A PC CPU is much MUCH stronger than a xbox 360, ps3.. whatever, a ps3/xbox are company overclocked to 3.2GHz, my computer is overclocked to 4.3Ghz running steady. the Max HDD a xbox can hold is like 250 if im not mistaken, ps3 can hold 1TB, a PC can told up to 4TB of SSD..not HDD. SDD, is ALOT faster than HDD. look if up if you dont believe. and as for graphics, the pc obviously wins. As for the obviouse reason that you CANT update the ps3/xbox graphics card. simple and done.
