Is it better to go fast or slow on the coaster ??? I am thinking about purchasing it and have been watching various reviews. Will my abs get a workout going fast or going slow and holding for 5-10 secs each time ? Thanks for your insight
@31054385 It depends what you want.If you want big abs but without good shape --do it with heavy weight (as heavy that it doesn't go more than 12 times--even 8 is fine) slowly 4 aproaches (excluding warm up) and rest it for 4 days minimum.You want small but sharp shaped abs do it fast 20-40 reps with little time interval and do it every other day.It's a very effective machine-it helped me a lot .Good luck.
