Great musical ability by all players. Though I didn't appreciate the free interpretation. But I regard it as a perfect possiblity that I am just a sour old purist. Thumbs up after all.

This Max0Inq guy is a jerk. I was being kind to inform him and get no thanks & a sarcastic reply. Fine, then don't complain about people not helping you when you post a question in forums. If you're not able to verify it, then it's only your own problem. People who have own/played the harpsichord (like me) will know. In the meantime, keep on doubting every piece of information. You'll never learn. Knowledgeable people don't have to convince you.

I really really really enjoy the passion with which both performers are playing. It is very dynamic. Some won't like it, but I think dynamically it is one of the more exciting performances I have heard over 40_ tears of this, including mine!!! BRIAN

I like harpsichord Bach more. Baroque music sounds better when it's harsh, not so gentle and subtle like piano. Leave it for his sons.

@zangatz They sound a tad, um, like plucking strings hardly on a banjo. Pianos' sound is a but more round. I like harpsichords for that though, when I think pianos sound too bland at times, and forte just too bright...

@Max0Inq harpsichord can also be subtle and soft, depending on which manual you're using.
