Really appreciate your "crib notes" they certainly help us to understand this beautiful piece of music. But what an awful recording!!! The arrangement gets so incredibly rushed and muddled -- a condensation that almost destroys the true artistry of the original -- was this an effect from the upload or....?!?!? Listen to Waverley Consort or Tallis Scholars.
