Fix your wipers :) I would go crazy if they make that noise all the time.
And put them in lower gear also :) The speed they were doing is for tropic storms :)

Pretty Crazy, right? I was sure that lake wall would give way. I drove through there today and you can't really tell anything different other than the erosion immediately around the spill way.
