No, you have to use the foreman grill too! Only then can you reach the top! I suggest starting with chicken like Tommi, then working yourself up to cuts of beef. But don't use it everyday, rest is important in bodybuilding. Jay Cutler may be grilling 6 days/week, but then... he has been doing it for 15 years so he is on a different level of experience.
