i lived on exmouth and can confirm tower hamlets was very slow in fact walk across jamaica street now to council buildings and you will see they are full of grafffitt. a private landlord has many advantages and speedy removal of rubbish and grafffitt is one of them well done swan housing

total and utter lies . Most of my friends had to wait years to have their graffiti removed
