If you were really serious about CO2, you'd take a deep deep breath and refuse to exhale Of all the so called Greenhouse gases if there is such a thing, the least of which is CO2, water vapor is the main contributor to so called global warming so I guess you'll have to shoot the sun or why dont you build a gigantic umbrella to cover the earth, why dont we install a thermostat on the suns surface and put it on economizer, that should solve all our problems Thanks GreenPeace
its so sad that this had 7000 views while some shit about justin bieber has over a million. i guess no one cares that we have the biggest issue facing mankind ever.
@TehSimba Quite the contrary, spent nuclear fuel has many solutions. Greenpeace loves that you think otherwise. @eberaldo - depleted uranium isn't dangerous like Hollywood wants you to think. Guys, do some homework, the facts speak for themselves, nuclear is the best carbon free energy source, period.
Air Recycling Technology if used in Vacuum Cleaners could save annually in the UK, an amount of energy equal to that generated by 800 Medium sized wind generators.
This is based on tests made for the DTI and MTP.
That is 1.5 TWh of electricity worth £225 million and 650,000 Tonnes of CO2. And a saving of more than 25 Twh of electricity annually is possible in the EU. Equal to £3.25 Billion pounds and 13.5 million tonnes of CO2 emission.

The C in carbon dioxide is CARBON , Carbon is an ELEMENT ! They want to ban an element ! idiots. The Largest Producer of Carbon Dioxides are the OCEANS and WATER VAPOR! Typical Socialist ideology driven gloom and doom BS.
You are thinking a little too big. Yes, Carbon is an element. They are talking about Carbon DIOXIDE (Because we're capitalizing the Compounds). We are talking about the Carbon DIOXIDE that is generated by the Human Population.
It is not a socialist Idea to cut back on emissions. How could it be. It just makes sense.
By the way, quit spreading your 20th Century ideas. The Oceans act as a Carbon DIOXIDE sink (That's why they're becoming more acidic).
As long as this highly energy-consuming (!) technique is paid by the polluter, e.g. car drivers, it's okay by me - but that'd probably mean solar and wind will quite fast be more economically viable. So, how soon we really go sustainable depends on how dumb the tax-payer (voter?) is. :)
i believe its hope, and better bridge tech than nuclear but we must continue to press hard for truely renewable energy thats better for the environment
I think second finger question is important than first finger one.

1, What about the moving of the world plates? The CO2 will run through the gaps in large amounts.
2, Those pipes seem to be extremely long. Doesn't it cost a lot of money just to drill the holes?
3, The energy used to pump down the CO2 down those pipes seem to override the amount of energy used up by the CO2 in the first place.
It seems quite stupid to pump down the CO2 that you get when you pump it down.
I could say atleast 3 better plans against the global change.

It is still waiting for Government help.

And WATER VAPOR is H2O. I don't see a "C".

This is hype. Best way to avoid CO2 is not to create it, go nuclear energy.

@jasbcor ...and you are going to take all the depleted uranium into your cellar in the end and sit on it...

CO2 Sequestration - Hype.
It's a gas, it will migrate. Maybe not for 300-600 years, but why should we worry about our descendants world.
