Ive been throwing for about 6months and ive studied your videos they are epic ive learned alot but do you have anypointers on long armed melt downs and the spinny awesomeness of your flowers? i got flowers but turning with them blows my mind i cant do it haha Oh and another thing i admire your isolations i learned them only cuz of your image sock poi video beautiful thanks for the inspiration
