Three is bad because it's not about the McCallisters or Harry & Marv. It's completely unrelated to the other films. Home Alone 4 brought back the McCallisters (kind of) but the kid who played Kevin was a lot younger than he should have been. Also he wasn't home alone in that film, there were maids and butlers walking around so it doesn't count.

I hate to admit but I ejoyed Home Alone Part 3, but Home Alone part 4, I can't say much about. I guess because they replace Kevin with another actor which is not unheard of especially in Hollywood, but at least in part 3 it was a totally different character all together.
