The show made it a light skin/dark skin issue. We are supposed to assume Gina is smarter and Pam is not. She is continually put down and dissed. Wasn't there an episode that sort of touched on it? Isn't Pam Gina's assistant and she's considered to not be as experienced. Look @ the dyamnics of the show to see that stereotypes are being perpetrated here. I like Martin too, but I always had a problem with that aspect of the show. Clear as day to me, but what do I know.

It's not a skin issue, it's a personality issue between Martin and Pam. I saw that episode where Pam plays Gina's assistant and it was never suggested that Pam was not as smart as Gina based on her skin color.
