Ok i have had dudes..(lames) tell me."why not just do thst from a normal bar) *smacks* ok, when you do it like this? your abs go crazy, your doing your abs with out the focus put on working your abs, then your lower back, and legs come into play...another good workout..at least i think so..and the boots made this extra hard
