Leo and pegasus are almost completely the same. The only difference really is the character that does the SFB is different, and you get that form from Leo Kingdom ainstead of Pegasus Magic.
@Rayquaza1000000 I don't see in wht Ice Pegasus and Fire Leo look the same.(Ice Pegasus is when Megaman uses Pegasus Magic's power,and Fire Leo is when Megaman uses Leo Kingdom's power).
