@dannykstick go to the ice world and go to the place with all the tornadoes that you activate with your wind omega. turn on the bottom left one, then enter the main tornado from the left. when you get to where the tornado takes you, enter the tornado there from the left. then go down after landing and enter the place. (the place might be more to the right) then just get through the ice that you slide on and go on the platform. Ta-da! You got the flight omega!
