Wow. Just wow. I've read Who Will Cry When You Die and that book changed my life. It gave me a sense of purpose and really, lightened me. I've also started waking up at 5 a.m. everyday and although sometimes I get up a little late, I'm gonna make it my habit. Then I do some push ups and abdominal excercises that just refreshes me out of any residual sleepiness. I'm so grateful for what Robin Sharma has enlightened me and I love his practical approach to make one a better person. THANK YOU!
If the sun rises between 4:30 and 5:15, it will help wake your body up as we are meant to function according to when the sun rises and sets. As an example, many people, including myself, use light therapy, on which there is a control to set the light to go off 30 minutes before waking up, which prepares you to wake up feeling refreshed, as though you were exposed to the sun. When do you go to sleep? Don't people still call your house at 9 or 10pm?
