I dont understund why the build a sports car electric, sport cars lovers like the motorsound, they must start on the begining, making a dayli use electric car, that will be more inteligent.

That would actually be stupid, the current battery technology is holding us back, the high-end market would be perfect for profits. Also, if they had did a "daily" car, the cost would be out of range, not to mention it would bankrupt the company if a single defect such as batteries causing fire and resulting in massive recalls. Then you would be seeing the movie "Who killed the electric car again!" So instead, "Who saved the electric car" comes out later.
