I heard the Audi could do the qtr mile in under 8 sec. Nigel Mansell said that the T16 Peugeot accelerated faster than his F1 car so it gives you an idea of the power these monsters had. Also somewhere on-line there is an interview with Rorhl saying that when testing the car it ran 6 secs slower on gravel than an F! car on an identical tarmac track!! F***ING REV UP!!!!! ;)

Audi should offer a consistent further development of the old 2.2 5 cylinder turbo at every car model they have cause this is the sound which identifies an Audi from far away as an Audi
