None of the Hiroshima/Nagasaki survivors have experienced only one mutation-related benefit, like seeing in the dark or slowing of ageing or any form of beauty enhancements, etc. From what I know is that paramecium regularly use their micronuclei and make completely new maco-nuclei in order to clean away mutations altogether (see conjugation).

@microaquarius I have even cultivated a while ago the wild green tomato as a homemade experiment and selected for bigger and softer green tomatoes; over several generations you already start to see a difference, I've done similar experiments with onions, green beans and pumpkins, the smallest change had observed with onions and the largest with pumpkins - the seeds produced half a batch undergrown and easily dehydratable pumpkins, but after 11 generations of selection I got nice juicy ones

@microaquarius sure, but mendel concentrated on fenotypes and genotypes, uses evolutionary principles to explain alleles and their nature. i was going a more microevolution experiments then feno or genotypic ones. if you cultivate or isolate a population from another in generations they will diverge to the point where they can't inter reproduce, so they are separate species. i havent observed that myself but ill be glad if i do, too bad im a molecular biologist and won't have the opportunity....

For example, Vestigial organs could indicate that important function was lost due to a loss of genetic information.

My proposed reason could be due to what is known as founder effect where members of the original species are no longer sexually compatible. The other possibility could be that certain genes for adaptive modification were already present in a species when it was created. Accepting Jesus' actions on the cross (his death) as a sacrifice for us allows Jesus to take our place when we are judged before God....God will see his son as our representor instead of the individual...Jesus is the way and the path. Basically put...Jesus did not erase our sin...he opened a doorway, but we still have to be the ones to cross through.

@microaquarius the types of mutations are not based on the principle of extraction, they are various ones - most of them are missense, the rest are small insertions, indels and deletions, splicing, regulatory, gross deletions and gross insertions. most of them are single to three base pairs in length and either just change a blank DNA and some don't even change the amino acid that the codon is coded for, in very little cases they are detrimental and also in very little they are beneficial

None of the Hiroshima/Nagasaki survivors have experienced only one mutation-related benefit, like seeing in the dark or slowing of ageing or any form of beauty enhancements, etc. From what I know is that paramecium regularly use their micronuclei and make completely new maco-nuclei in order to clean away mutations altogether (see conjugation).

@microaquarius I have even cultivated a while ago the wild green tomato as a homemade experiment and selected for bigger and softer green tomatoes; over several generations you already start to see a difference, I've done similar experiments with onions, green beans and pumpkins, the smallest change had observed with onions and the largest with pumpkins - the seeds produced half a batch undergrown and easily dehydratable pumpkins, but after 11 generations of selection I got nice juicy ones

@microaquarius sure, but mendel concentrated on fenotypes and genotypes, uses evolutionary principles to explain alleles and their nature. i was going a more microevolution experiments then feno or genotypic ones. if you cultivate or isolate a population from another in generations they will diverge to the point where they can't inter reproduce, so they are separate species. i havent observed that myself but ill be glad if i do, too bad im a molecular biologist and won't have the opportunity....

For example, Vestigial organs could indicate that important function was lost due to a loss of genetic information.

My proposed reason could be due to what is known as founder effect where members of the original species are no longer sexually compatible. The other possibility could be that certain genes for adaptive modification were already present in a species when it was created. My aplogy for not being a scientist, I am just looking for a creation-based explanation as to why we are here.

@pgdevil No, I never said He favored Israel above all others. He came to the Jewish people first, then to the Gentiles. He loves all the people He created. He chose to "create" the Tribes of Jews, chose them to be His people, and when they sinned greatly against Him, His punishments were great against them. The Messiah could only be born once. He came thru the Tribe of Judah - hence the Lion from the Tribe of Judah. Don't be so jealous that your hatred may overcome you. He loves You, too.

I can't remember the passage very well, but if you read Genesis, God promised Abraham, the ancestor of the Jews, that he would increase his descendents in number, and that He would be their God. Later on, the Jews rejected God, like any nation, and God sent Jesus to them and all other nations alike. He sent Jesus to the Jews first, though, because they are His chosen people.

He said that all people could be made clean in the name of Jesus. @Hurtlovepainkid the stain of corrupt behavious is within our souls...we cannot wash it away. Jesus's sacrifice did not erase our sin by default. Accepting Jesus' actions on the cross (his death) as a sacrifice for us allows Jesus to take our place when we are judged before God....God will see his son as our representor instead of the individual...Jesus is the way and the path. Basically put...Jesus did not erase our sin...he opened a doorway, but we still have to be the ones to cross through.
