Well obviously the reason they went backwards was because it was a reboot. And reboots always start at the beginning. I think with Enterprise they went backward to fill gaps. Not like JJ Abrams. It sucked Enterprise got cancelled b/c there was so much was available to be done.

It really would have been interesting to see a

Star Trek story line dedicated to the Romulans

for a few season's to get them into the Federation and this could have been a great story that could have taken place directly after Star Trek Nememsis. Paramount should have hired me LOL.

Even though this new upcoming Star Trek movie in May 2009 look's great but like I've said this all along and even Avery Brooks and Michael Dorn are saying this and that is Paramount should have kept going forward. Not backwards with Star Trek Enterprise and the new movie by J.J. Abrams. Although I liked Star Trek Enterprise and was sorry for it's cancellation I really wished they kept going forward instead of backwards.
