It really does work. You have to be calm prior to drinking it. It will make you even more mellowed out. IDK about tripping but it certainly makes for a good relaxing time. FYI - It has melatonin (the chemical in your brain that makes you happy and relaxed). So if you don't feel anything, you're probably dead or expecting WAY too much. Also, hops is also a key ingredient (not so distant cousin to hemp/ marijuana).
