use FRAPS record a video then use some video converter - i recommend xilisoft video converter ultimate (get a pirated full version),make 4gb to 150 mb or smaller and compress it into HD video,then if u want to make it more smaller go open up your sony vegas pro 8,9,10 they are the same and render it to HD ofc if u dont have it download it :D,and u get HD video from FRAPS :D
