I'm not quite sure why "Crazy" is being used to describe this man's musical skill. He's a good drummer in my book. And he's not obviously clinically insane (whatever that means)... except possibly because he is choosing to drum on yellow and white buckets rather than a nicely designed drum set. But that could be for economic reasons.
