I live right around there its pretty cool but ive never seen the mountains so snowy like that on a clear day.

If you look at this video closely, you can see the turds floating in the ocean water. This is a result of the City of Victoria dumping 100% of all toilet sewage directly in the ocean. If you turn up the volume you can actually smell the sewage.
