WOW! i thought 315 for 20 reps was bad, im surprised u didnt throw up half way through... and i dont care if it is healthy or not, thats the toughest thing and hardest thing to do, those fucking powerliftings talk about how they squat 1000 lbs and do 1 rep squat workouts ,,, fuck that, have them do this, they dont hav that mental toughness.. sickest vid ive ever seen,... and thers no way u walked for at least 4 days
nice ! im a huge fan of high rep squats too, at 165 lb's bw ive managed 40 reps of 195. brutal stuff

Right, back from giving this a go... managed 40 at 231. So only 60 short!
Back was destroyed! Couldn't breathe. Legs didn't feel too bad (a couple of hours later, it's a different story, mind).
Sarge, sir, I must say that really is an awesome feat of strength. Respect.
