  • nice ! im a huge fan of high rep squats too, at 165 lb's bw ive managed 40 reps of 195. brutal stuff

  • respect congrats

  • Jesus dude, that is murder on the legs!! You were right there, too, nearing 100 reps! You would've hit 100 reps if you rested longer, but this is still a very tremendous superhuman strength feat!

  • Massive respect my weight 225lbs i can only manage 26 controlled good form squats and that was murder, even with a gun to my head i reckon only 35-40......so a masive well done

  • DisDERPed.

  • Most painful set of squat I've ever seen in my life... your strength is of superhuman level

  • I'm disappointed. My favourite part of this video (not included here) is when, after failing on the 99th rep and laying on the ground for a half minute, he GETS BACK UP and unracks the bar to try for those last two reps. Psychotic.

  • @bunkwhack Please!!!!! I want to see this whole video. That sounds incredible:)!!

  • Greatest set of squats I've ever seen. Fantastic.

  • wow.. or more like holy shit.. even just squating with your hands to your side 98 times would be very difficult.. this guys a monster

  • @ViKtoricus

This is the most furious display of strength you will ever see. I doubt you can even squat your own body weight for 5 reps, dickhead wannabe.

  • @ViKtoricus go fuck yourself

  • @plantera07

    Go fuck yourself too.

  • Damn

  • I'm surprised his balls fit in his shorts

  • That's how u come close to takin ur life with a barbell.

  • just holding 218 on your back for nearly 10 mins is a feat

  • Pure awsomeness. Some people don´t understand the mental strenght required to do this.

  • INSANE! Much respect! awesome job

  • That gym looks fucking boss. On a side note, that is some awesome strength and fitness.

  • who the fuck cares if he is one inch deeper or not? this is fuckin awesome!!!

  • bad ass

    nuff said

  • I think there´s a reason they call him "Sarge"...

  • AWESOME

  • most of this set was probably done with numb feet. ballsy.

  • pure willpower !

  • what is the point of this? endurance?

  • @poxy84 awesomeness

  • Absolutely phenomenal. Awesome depth as well.

    Epic respect, mate.

  • RESPECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • good, but the rom could be a little lower

  • @dnj86 way to shoot down one of the craziest squat sessions ever put on youtube

  • @dnj86 looks like parallel to me. if not, it's pretty close...

  • filming angle sucks. should be filmed in front of him

  • @overlevnadsoverall if you only have 1 camera, a diagonal angle is best b/c it gives you a bit of front and side.

  • i might have to give this a try sometime. My Bodyweight is around 165-170 so the first 30 reps wont be so hard. Maybe i can get a video up.

  • real impressiv good work man !

  • Awesome. I have a new goal. Also good choice of music.

  • you have to have mental tuffness beyond belief to handle any amount of weight for 98reps , this is torcher training to its max

  • i knw what my next leg day will be now.... thank you for the surge of inspiration!

  • HOLY SHIT... r u training for a sport

  • im pretty sure i cant do 98 bodyweight squats

  • nothing but pain and more pain

unbelievable, your mind is so powerful to endure that, incredible

  • Right, back from giving this a go... managed 40 at 231. So only 60 short!

Back was destroyed! Couldn't breathe. Legs didn't feel too bad (a couple of hours later, it's a different story, mind).

Sarge, sir, I must say that really is an awesome feat of strength. Respect.

  • this is not human, i think he is on a heavy load of creatine and other supplements.

  • i did this for 20 and thought i was going to die, i was in agony lol plus i wanted to rerack the weight even more after each rep over 15

the mental determination and conditioning that he must have to do this weight for 98 reps must be unbelievable

  • Comment removed

  • now thats takin it to the next level

  • ANIMAL

  • What is name of the first song?

  • Shout 2000, the Disturbed version.

  • Fuck yeah dude! That looked like 9 minutes of fuckin hell! AWESOME! Good work!!! That takes a lot of will power to push yourself that hard!

  • how much does he weight? that's the real question

  • @TheDiamond123123

    beginning of video----bodyweight:218

    same as what he's lifting

  • super human effort. I worship him.

  • There could be a documentary on just this set.

  • @Dymdez There SHOULD be a documentary on this set! Just amazing. People were talking about it on the Ironmind Forum and I had to see it.

  • Exelent job m8

  • Amazing endurance. The spotter looks like Jesse Marunde. If so, RIP.

  • it is jesse, its his gym.

  • 98 reps, talk about insane, i get stomach sick thinking of 25 reps

  • he didn't hit parallel on all reps, must be the roids, I've done this when I was 15....just kidding all, give respect where it's due, squatting as it should be!

  • GODLIKE

  • you inspire me..thanks..dude you had that. just 1 more breath..lol..

  • Talk about an incredible inspiration man. I'll remember this when I'm doing endurance sets on squats

  • lol did he live? i feel nausious just watching

  • wow, that might just be the most impressive physical demonstration that I have ever seen... even if you did come up 2 reps short ;-)

  • Daaaaaaaaamn just try 98 reps w/ the bar and you will start to understand how hard that is

  • ah and compliments for disturbed too ;) good music ;)

  • I have never seen somethin like that! sincere compliments! your incredible force of will is almost masochism XD what is your MAX?

and can I ask you why do you turn your hands and forearm up the bar?

  • WOW! i thought 315 for 20 reps was bad, im surprised u didnt throw up half way through... and i dont care if it is healthy or not, thats the toughest thing and hardest thing to do, those fucking powerliftings talk about how they squat 1000 lbs and do 1 rep squat workouts ,,, fuck that, have them do this, they dont hav that mental toughness.. sickest vid ive ever seen,... and thers no way u walked for at least 4 days

  • Masochism ain't healthy, man.

  • this is one of the most impressive demonstrations of pure human will that I have ever seen. ever.

  • Crazy endurance.. Personally I would have fallen asleep about ten times during the set!

(The signs of being a lazy weightlifter, I guess. hehe)

  • fuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
