The military vehicle obviously needs to get some place in a hurry -- and the driver is very carefully bumping cars only at low speeds and is even yielding to peds. That's actually very skilled driving. The military vehicle obviously needs to get some place in a hurry -- and the driver is very carefully bumping cars only at low speeds and is even yielding to peds. The other drivers clearly act like this is normal business -- both coming and going. There was no broken glass and no head-on bumps and no pedestrian collisions.Thank you.

1) thats not a tank, its a humvee. heres how you can tell, tanks dont have windshield wipers. 2) hes not driving poorly, hes doing that on purpose. 3) to further reinforce point 2, like JTFArockz said, its a law that drivers in the cars must pull over when a military vehicle is behind you, and like Leatherneck11000 said the people driving the military vehicle can do whatever necessary to get them out of the way.
