Well old chap Ferrari was not illegal. Ron wanted Ferrari to be illegal. He measured the wings himself infront of Charlie Whitting and that was on live broadcasting. Shame of him actually. I have lost my respech for this man, especially after the 2007 scandals
I remember when Ferrari was found having illegal front wings, Ross Brawn admitted. Even after Stewards and Mclaren appealed FIA still didn't disqualify Ferrari, double standards concerning this season and the second one which occured just weeks after the last race.
They didn't disqualify them because it's stupid to assert that the front wings would benefit Ferrari by any means and FIA had no problem with the same settings in previous races. FIA didn't want sth this trivia to ruin an excellent season.
