Sure, it is entertaining, but only to the point of mesmerizing at his skill. Beyond that, it's just noise. That's why I like Dave Weckl so much. I'm not gonna lie.... no haters have shit on this kid. He truly is a great drummer and AMAZING for his age. The technique, the dynamics, it's all awesome. It's to create a different sound, not because he thinks it sounds better. This whole video is just him jacking off, essentially. He's showing off just to show how good he is, but it's cool because it's a benefit show so that's what he's supposed to do.
