I never really got into this series when it was aired, but years after it was off I started to watch it here on Youtube. Now I regretted never watching this on televison T^T The years when the era of Superheroes vs Supervillians were infamous.
Man I miss this show so much....and it was even more disappointing when I wait for it to come on every night at 10:00 and realize that it never came on D: and wait for a repeat at 3:00 the next day and still nothing comes on...and then my dad tells me its canceled....i'm so gullible for waiting T.T
I'll admit, I was a little skeptical about this show at first, but it was really well done, and that theme music is simply epic! Real shame this show didn't last longer, seems like there's barely anything worth watching on saturday mornings anymore.
As for The Looney Tunes Show, I think it's pretty decent, but it's not as good as this show or Duck Dodgers.
This show was basically the "Darkwing Duck" of Warner Bros for it combined action elements while keeping some humour from their iconic cartoons. The basic idea of the show was good but the way WB executed it was disappointing. It needed more action of episodes like "Cloak of Black Velvet" and more character development of episodes like "The Familiy Business" while keeping up a constant story towards the end instead of creating like 20 useless filler episodes in an already short season!
I for one thought this show's one of the best hero-based shows out there. They're a great team with a really great set of powers, and it's piss funny. [Personal favourite: Tech]
It gave us versions of the Looney Tunes veterans that weren't bogged down with decades of baggage. You couldn't have done this with Bugs, Daffy et al, it just wouldn't have worked.
I'm sad it didn't go past two seasons, but I'm glad it didn't go on too long and become a ghost of itself like so many other shows.

They made Daffy's descendant heroic and cool! Plus, there is a reason not to dislike the Loonatics, it is set in the year 2744. It would make sense that the characters won't act exactly like the original Looney Tune characters. Many people dislike it because it doesn't stick with the Looney Tunes tradition. Its not supposed to! its in 2744

I dont understand the concept of the producers cancelling the show. From how I remember it, they give a show 2 seasons to bulk up and afterwards, BAM!!! Its canceled. On a scale of 1-10, I give the show a 7. A seven for good action, great creative powers, likable names, and suitable outfit. Lack of love-interests, too much Anime-influence and plot relates to almost every episode cause it a lost of 3 pts.

This is one of the most epic openings I've ever seen. The show was alright but it wasn't anything special. The whole reason I watched it was because I loved the opening and when it was over, I was too lazy to change the channel. =D
@keithburgoyne warner bros' attempt to bring back looney tunes in '05 - '07 when kids were all into superhero cartoons, it only lasted 2 seasons but i think if they'd kept this intro it would've lasted a little longer, and a whole lot longer if they just brought back the original cartoons

I love this cartoon, it may not be as complex as Justice league or other shows but this show stands out on it's own with it's colorful animation and epic fight scenes
@AceBunnyLU correct, also dont forget that in some takes in the series, the planet is missing a huge chunk, so the most probably thing was the "asteroid hit" that the bad guy sent to acmetropolis.

This is one of the most epic openings I've ever seen. The show was alright but it wasn't anything special. The whole reason I watched it was because I loved the opening and when it was over, I was too lazy to change the channel. =D

@keithburgoyne warner bros' attempt to bring back looney tunes in '05 - '07 when kids were all into superhero cartoons, it only lasted 2 seasons but i think if they'd kept this intro it would've lasted a little longer, and a whole lot longer if they just brought back the original cartoons

I love this cartoon, it may not be as complex as Justice league or other shows but this show stands out on it's own with it's colorful animation and epic fight scenes

@AceBunnyLU correct, also dont forget that in some takes in the series, the planet is missing a huge chunk, so the most probably thing was the "asteroid hit" that the bad guy sent to acmetropolis.

the problem is that the looney tunes of old was worse in comparison to this in regards to the "11 banned" episodes. As for the "slapstick fun" go ahead and watch the old looney tunes stuff. They still play them. Nothing was wrong with the series at all. It was just once again a bunch self-rightous and arrogant individuals whom always complain about "violence in tv" If you as a parent can't convince your child was is fake and what is reality then it is your problem

Hey, please don't mix Looney Tunes with X-Men, ok? I'm a HUGE fan of both, but not as a hybrid. The last thing we needed was a mutated Looney crew. This show was so stupid I don't believe they actually did it. Cartoons are too serious these days, bring back the slapstick fun, man!!!
