That is called a Sundog. A sun dog is also known as a mock sun, false sun, or the parhelion, caused by diffraction by ice crystals and not rain, like in rainbows. It is a bright spot of light that sometimes appears on either side of the sun at the same distance above the horizon as the sun. I've seen lots of these. I don't usually see the two, one on either side of the sun. Just, usually, one bright ,colorful, glare on one side. I love Sundogs, they are so pretty and easily over looked!

I think its very normal physical phenomenon between light, the clouds, water and nothing more. Water breaks the light to different spectral light colours ( its like an rainbow ). You can see the different forms of this object, because of changing cloud formations and different broken light angles.

I think the sky is now 100% fake, a metallic plasma controlled by haarp and topped up each day by chemtrails. I don't trust a single cloud to be real any more and the colours are there all the time around the sun. That's no sundog! I have seen and photographed similar rainbow effects (usually caused by ice crystal refraction high in the atmosphere) but its very odd indeed as it is very localised -as if it is part of a con-trail / chem-trail (but NOT!).
