Mickie James is the first to hold the womens champion - the divas champion and the knockouts champion. I always thought Gail Kim would be the first. since she held the knockouts champ and the womens champ but she hasn't got the divas champ yet. Nice job Mickie.

@TheMykcal The reason I'm not convinced about Mickie is because of the level of opponents she's wrestled against. I call them "Divas" because most of them are just hired for their looks and some of them don't even care about wrestling. They just want to get into Playboy. The women who can wrestle get pushed to the background. WWE has about 4 legit women who could be champ but don't seem to want to use them properly. Gail Kim, Natayla and Beth. Hopefully Kharma will be a change for the better

@spiderman1980 I can agree with most of your selections as great wrestlers, a lot among my favorite women wrestlers that are underrated. I can argue Tara, she was great a few years ago...but then at the same time in that argument so was Mickie. Girls such as Cheerleader Melissa, Nicole Matthews and all that I can agree with...but what makes me scratch my head is would you add Velvet Sky to the list. Mickie is definitely better then her as far as in ring wrestling

@TheMykcal I prefer the "womens championship" over the "divas championship". I hope Kharma breaks that butterfly in half. Alundra Blayze is the best WWE womens champion from the 90's. She knew how to wrestle and unlike 95% of the divas she didn't look sloppy in a match. I feel bad for Mickie in TNA since they got rid of the best Knockouts. Taylor Wilde, Roxxi, Hamada, Daffney, Alissa Flash and ODB would have been great matches for her. Hopefully they sign Serena Deeb who was misused in WWE.

There would likely be no women's wrestling without Clam Diggers mother. She was a pioneer of the sport. Mickie laughed when some said she should be a woman wrestler but she had a lot of good memories from the sport!

The biggest mentor of Mickie James & the reason she entered the sport was this guy down in the Carolina's who had a mom that wrestled! I think it is North Carolina but maybe its South?? Some think he is a lil slow but he is a very nice person & has so many talents! We call him Clam Digger!! Because he can dig clams & fish. Its a no frill beautiful vacation to visit him!! I wish the industry would lift him a bit in honor of his mother who was an icon to the industry!! Sole reason 4 Mickie!
