I'd say you need to wake up, Nick Diaz is a little pussy. His record is 23-7 and Mayhem's is 24-7. So if you call Mayhem's record shit, so is Nick's. Second, Tim Kennedy beat Miller once before which means they should have a rubber match before Miller can say he truly beat him. Third, Tim Kennedy got beat by Ronaldo Souza, same guy that beat Miller so how the hell is this relevant at all? Stop placing Miller on a pedestal and judge him based on his accomplishments

@Baumwolljacke Actually this has nothing to do with my well being, more for the well being off MMA. Miller is more interested in pleasing the crowd than fighting. He should not be given whatever he wants just because he knows how to work the crowd. Beat a couple TOUGH opponents, and get a shot at the champ. That's how it should be in MMA. Obviously you don't care about MMA if you want to see a guy like Miller shuffled to the front of the line. BTW Miller isn't even top 30 on most pro rankings

@thebobbyburrito He's a "good" fighter, he's not a "great" fighter who is deserving of a match against a champ simply because Miller has "legendary" showmanship abilities. What Miller should do is go to the WWE, he would fit in perfectly with that crew. Just because a guy can do good in an interview doesn't mean he can hang with the best. Everytime he gets a shot at a contender he loses, that should be a pretty clear indication as to his standing in the rankings. He doesnt deserve a shot at Diaz

Oh wow he has slightly better cardio than Shields, lets give him a fucking medal for a sub attempt he couldn't even finish. Did you even see his fight with GSP? He got beat like a bitch for 3 rounds, go watch it. Also beating a 41 yr. old Sakuraba is not impressive, very few train like Randy C. But to make ecuses for that fighter as to why he should be considered for contender status is just sad. It's obvious you just like Miller because of his personality and therefore any opinions you have about Miller's fight game are overly optimistic. All the top fighters have a burning desire within them to be #1, its not coincidence.

@rpsafety09 Miller is actually 5 months older than GSP and that took place when they were like 23-24, so if anything Miller should've had more experience. At the time Miller had 15 fights already compared to GSPs 9. It would be one thing if Miller put up a good fight but to not put GSP in danger at all and being dominated for 3 rounds is not the sign of a true competitor. Stop makin excuses for Miller, its ok to like him cus hes funny, but hes not a competitor & he doesn't deserve a shot at Diaz

@slames You don't know what you're talking about. You're avoiding the fact that Miller had to SNEAK into the ring and then go behind the banner so he could interrupt Jake's interview. If you cannot see Miller being at fault, not even partially, then you are taking the situation out of context. As for whether or not Shield's was going to tap to Miller had there been 2 more seconds on the clock, you have no way of knowing if Shields could've lasted 2 more seconds or 2 more minutes.

Up till shields saw him and asked him what he was doing. if he wanted a rematch.
THEN he said yes. and was pushed away. and all of shields camp rushed him.
End of fucking story.
But in the end. the only ones at fault were strikeforce for letting him in the ring.
Bad judgment on his part sure.

There's even a Scott Coker interview on YT saying he was suprised at Mayhem's actions and he doesn't get what Mayhem was thinking. He didn't say anything negative about Shield's corner. And Shield's didn't ask Mayhem anything or say yes to anything. He was doing a post fight interview after an epic career defining win and got interrupted by a jackass. I bet you only saw the edited version.

If he fought that way against a BJJ guy like Nick Diaz, he would get submitted in the first round. @person1028 a tackle? you obviously do not train its called a double leg takedown and he was in half guard immediately so the guillotine was no worry anyways, stout was mostly attempting to use it to standup as without full guard closed theres no leverage or control and jason has amazing sub defense.

There's even camera footage from a fan on YT shows Miller had to sneak around the backside of Shield's banner to get in front of the mic. Also Miller is the one who started talking shit in interviews after the brawl. If he had shown some respect for another fighter it would not have happened. You obviously don't know shit.
